Well…guess what?!
We got struck by lightning but we did not get struck down!

After many damages caused by lightning
and after many months of hard-work renovating,
here is the grand re-opening of “l’huître et la vigne”.

Anne-Sophie and Benoît are pleased to announce the re-opening of their restaurant. Indeed, from July 3rd, you will be able to book a table and enjoy some delicious oysters, seafood as well as tapas that you could savour with a glass of our red or rosé Marie-Charlotte wine or with any other wine from some regional producers.

All this in a brand new decor… Similar and yet very different from the one you once knew… Our friends think that the soul of the place has remained but it has undeniably improved (just like good old wine…).

We will post several new pictures of the restaurant and its surroundings on this website very shortly!

Anyway, to make a long story short, we want to thank all the people, all our friends, all our former and future guests who have helped us, who have supported us and who have encouraged us for months.

There are places you enter without suspecting what there is to discover. L’huître et la vigne is one of them.

As you follow the path, lost in the vineyards, there is a charming mazet.

The story of a man and a woman betting one day on combining the savours of the sea and those of the earth, prompting you to eat seafood and to drink local wines.

Anne-Sophie, who opens oysters with impressive dexterity, will do all that she can, and even more to please you.

Meanwhile, Benoît will do his best to charm you by using his Belgian humour, and by inviting you to taste their several wines.
